Returns

• You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify.
• For products marked as eligible for free returns on our website, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• For all other products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 3–7 business days.
• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
